People and manage people

Somehow I managed to spare sometime to update this. Been quite busy lately when we start managing people. I have to admit that sooner or later, we have to learn managing people. Be it at office, family or even nation. Been meeting people to get them into my group. Few vacant hasn't been filled since last year. Can't hold any longer or the burden will on my shoulder. My team unable to coup up anymore. With this opportunity, I cherry-picked every single of them to ensure they are able perform up to my expectation. It' s the nature of human that we might not able to see their true colour during couple of meeting. If we are lucky, then they more valuable then they thought. Otherwise, we just have to live with them. No matter how careful you are, 1 out 10 must be those you really don't want. Bottomline is, managing system/mechanic is far more easy than a single human.
