CIMB

I'm going to put it this way - straight forward. The case: I deposited a cheque with sum of RM2.5k over the counter at CIMB Jalan Hang Tuah for my daughter SSPN account using collection services slip on 16 Dec 2008. 2 days later, the cheque was cleared & according to PTPTN hotline, usually it will take up to a month to be appear in SSPN statement. Guess what?? Until today, the money is not in SSPN account. I contacted PTPTN looking for explaination. They told me, according to their system, there is no such transaction pending. I then contacted CIMB call centre to ask about this. After few long unanswered call center, managed to talk with their call rep. They also do not know what really happend. Then instructed me to go back to CIMB branch with the copy of collection slip. They said to wait until further investigation. My question is, why this thing should happen in the first place? Layoff... lay down..

I've been busy with my routine job administrating systems & humans. Yes, you read it right. Initially I setup, install, fine-tune & administrate all Unix systems in my workplace. As time goes, huge improvement take place & all these systems stabilize. In means of most of administration task has been automated, from data collection, analyst & report production. I would say that would be my best project I ever worked for the past 10 years. It's kind of self-satisfaction.. However, people do evolve, so do career. Climbing corporate ladder are not that difficult if you are willing to climb. I'm more than willing to climb. I would like to succeed, on my own, without sucking others ball. Well, so far, even I faced obstacles, the path are clear as crystal. Until last quarter of 08. Then all paths are now hazy. One of our manufacturing plant closed down & merge with the one I'm locating now. It's a good decision in term of cost effectiveness. H...
