This means that if the restaurant are certified by Jakim as "HALAL", then they are capable to capture 99% of patronage from Malaysian. This also indicate that the restaurant & cafe should able to get customers from any religion/races. Most people understand that halal foods are food that pork-free. In reality, it's more than that.
